Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Internal Audit Executive and Senior Audit Executive, based in Bengaluru. The role includes conducting internal audits, preparing detailed audit reports, and analyzing financial data for accuracy and compliance. Additional responsibilities include evaluating financial systems, recommending process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational standards are met. This position requires a commitment to maintaining internal controls and fostering transparency within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Audit Report preparation and conducting Financial Audits
• Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail
• Background in Finance and knowledge of financial systems
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
• Ability to work on-site and support business goals effectively
• Prior experience in internal audits would be an advantage
• Understanding of industry compliance standards is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
