Job description

Jio is looking for an experienced Jio Center Manager (JCM) to lead overall business performance, operations, and customer experience for a high-impact Jio Center. This role drives sales, ensures seamless operations, strengthens partner productivity, and leads multi-functional teams to deliver superior customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver overall sales, revenue & customer acquisition targets for the Jio Center
  • Oversee smooth daily operations, administration & service delivery
  • Optimize productivity, resources, and cost efficiency of the center
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory & commercial guidelines
  • Manage permissions / approvals required for local projects & deployments
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners to enhance throughput
  • Drive customer retention, manage escalations & improve NPS
  • Lead, coach & motivate cross-functional sales, service & support teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 10–14 years of experience in telecom, operations, sales or service leadership
  • Strong P&L understanding with the ability to manage budgets & commercial controls
  • Solid project management and execution capability
  • Excellent team management, influencing & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external stakeholders
  • Execution-focused, customer-centric, and highly accountable leader
