Job description

Role : Creative Director - Art

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

1) Creative Leadership

  • Lead the artistic direction across multi-channel campaigns-digital, film, print, experiential,

and emerging media.

  • Inspire, mentor, and elevate a diverse team of art directors, designers, and visual
  • storytellers.

  • Champion creative excellence, ensuring every execution reflects the highest level of craft,
  • sophistication, and originality.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with copy, strategy, production, and account leadership to deliver
  • bold, integrated ideas.

    2) Concept Development

  • Translate brand strategy and insights into iconic visual ideas and design systems.
  • Push boundaries in art direction, from typography and composition to film aesthetics
  • and spatial design.

  • Develop and pitch creative concepts that surprise, resonate, and endure - always with
  • cultural sensitivity and global relevance.

    3) Innovation & Craft

  • Stay ahead of emerging design trends, technologies, and cultural movements.
  • Integrate traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge tools (AI, AR, immersive
  • experiences) to create groundbreaking work.

  • Establish and uphold design systems that scale seamlessly across touchpoints, without
  • compromising luxury and detail.

    Qualifications & Experience :

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in art direction and design, with at least 5 years in a
  • senior creative leadership role at a global agency.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates mastery of art direction across categories—luxury, fashion,
  • lifestyle, tech, and culture-led brands.

  • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver award-winning campaigns at Cannes, D&AD,
  • One Show, or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, cultural nuance, and the intersection of design
  • with consumer experience.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills-capable of inspiring cross functional teams.
  • Would be good : Experience working on Indian or global luxury and / or hospitality brands.
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelors
