Role Description
We’re looking for a
Growth Intern
who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and business. In Mumbai, this role at our office (up to 5 days a week) is ideal for someone who wants to be hands-on in scaling a new-age brand while contributing ideas across content, design, automation, and digital strategy.
You’ll help build and execute growth strategies across our website, partner listings, and marketing channels — from creating content and streamlining automation tools to driving innovative experiments that move the needle for the brand. This role goes beyond a typical internship : you’ll be part of a minor, ambitious team that’s constantly experimenting, analysing, and innovating to grow niira’s reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end
content creation
for digital platforms — from social and email to product storytelling and campaigns.
Manage and optimise
product listings , website updates, and marketplace integrations.
Build and streamline
automations
to improve marketing efficiency and workflows.
Collaborate across teams to identify
growth opportunities , test hypotheses, and measure performance.
Assist in executing
marketing experiments
— across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
Bring a creative and analytical mindset to every task — balancing storytelling with performance.
Continuously explore new tools, platforms, and formats to
innovate and scale

Qualifications
Strong interest or experience in
growth marketing ,
content , or
e-commerce .
Hands-on skills in at least one area : content creation, automation tools, analytics, or design.
A creative thinker with a
tech-first mindset
— comfortable experimenting with new tools and ideas.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, analytics, or website management.
Bachelor’s degree (or current student) in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field.
Must be available to work
on-site in Mumbai, five days a week .
