Qualifications
- Possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources.
- 5 to 6 (for Sr Associate) years of experience in handling HR tools - analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing etc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central / Compensation Module.
