Primary Responsibilities :

• Builds and maintains tools for deployment, monitoring and operations as well as troubleshoots and resolves issues within AWS environments, including network, storage, and compute-related problems
• Automate routine operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and reliability in day-to-day operations
• Monitor system performance, network, and application logs to detect potential issues and ensure in maintaining % health of AWS infrastructure
• Implement security best practices (like managing permissions and encryption) to keep data safe and control who can access resources
• Set up alerts and dashboards to monitor system performance and generate reports to track usage and costs
• Expertise in System Manager for patch management and handling vulnerabilities
• Engage with AWS support and other third-party vendors when necessary to resolve critical incidents
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and / or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and / or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and / or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
