Experience : 8+ years Minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in a related role with experience in enterprise collaboration and communication platforms. Proven experience managing enterprise-level environments for Active Directory (AD), Exchange, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom. Strong understanding of identity and access management, email infrastructure, and collaboration tools. Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. Ability to express thoughts logically, in English, in both written and verbal form.
