Role Overview :

The Buyer Aligned Specialist will provide end-to-end tactical and strategic procurement support to global buyers, specifically aligned to the North America region . The role demands strong expertise in procurement operations, supply chain processes, and contract lifecycle management, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support global buyers in executing procurement strategies and tactical sourcing activities.
  • Manage the complete Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) cycle.
  • Handle procurement operations including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract creation, and amendments .
  • Resolve invoice exceptions and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Conduct spend analysis and provide insights to drive cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to procurement policies and compliance standards.
  • Act as a liaison between global buyers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 4-6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or contract management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and S2P / S2C platforms .
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier lifecycle management.
  • Experience in handling invoice exceptions and spend analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a shared services or global delivery model.
