As a Project Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale projects. You will manage schedules, documentation, risks, and governance reporting across critical workstreams, providing support to business, technology, and compliance teams.
Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing calendars, and maintaining trackers and reports. You will also monitor milestones, risks, issues, and change logs, and liaise with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance.
Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment, strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and project management tools, and experience producing documentation and reports.
