Job descriptionBuild strong relationships with EPC partners, solar developers, industrial customers, and distributors. Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and customer database. Understand module specifications : Mono / Poly, Mono PERC, Half-cut, Bifacial, TOPCon, etc. Coordinate with the technical team for product sizing, certifications, quality queries, and after-sales support. Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers. Support customers in documentation, order booking, delivery planning, and payment collection. Monitor pricing competition, market trends, and competitor activities. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and operations for dispatch planning. Provide weekly / monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and industry networking events.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Solar PV Modules in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment across the Madhya Pradesh region. The role involves new customer acquisition, channel development, key account management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities for Solar PV Modules in the C&I market.
- Generate leads through EPCs, developers, industrial clients, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
