Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Content Writer who can produce clear, engaging, and well-researched content for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate has strong U.S. English writing skills, understands real estate terminology, and can simplify complex topics while maintaining accuracy and compliance. This role requires creative writing ability, SEO knowledge, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Develop and edit high-quality written content including property descriptions, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, landing pages, and market reports.

Research real estate trends, market insights, regulatory updates, and industry-specific topics.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

Create well-structured, SEO-optimized content using effective headers, meta descriptions, keywords, and formatting.

Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.

Update and refresh existing content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance.

Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and refine strategies to drive engagement.

Deliver clean first drafts with minimal editing required and maintain consistency in tone and style.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.

3–5 years of content writing experience; real estate experience strongly preferred.

Strong U.S. English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Understanding of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and compliance requirements.

Experience writing for B2B audiences in real estate, finance, staffing, outsourcing, or SaaS is a plus.

Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress / HubSpot), CRM tools (Salesforce / Zoho), and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).

Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A portfolio showcasing high-quality long-form content such as blogs, landing pages, case studies, and email copy.
