We’re looking for someone who can make every onboarding feel personal, structured, and effortless.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete onboarding journey for startups, mentors, and event participants.
• Coordinate form submissions, documentation, and approvals with precision.
• Communicate onboarding steps clearly via email, WhatsApp, or calls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from outreach to participation.
• Track onboarding metrics and maintain updated databases of registered startups and leaders.
• Identify and fix friction points in the onboarding process.
• Assist during events to ensure all participants are guided and supported.
