• Expected to work closely with development team and participates in design workshops to provide technical solutions and mapping the business requirements to system / technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architecture.
• Making plans to design new software and web applications and setting goals for the software development team.
• Monitoring progress throughout the design process and submitting proposals and progress reports to upper management.
• Define standards, guidelines, best practices to meet Quality and guide the team to design, code and deliver quality products.
• Review Code based on defined Standards.
• Research for opt solution based on technical / business requirements and develop POCs to validate the technical components and ensure the technology support for the project requirements.
• Hiring and provide technical training to the team to upskill and quality delivery.
• Creating and maintaining a healthy workplace environment
• Explaining application use to stack holders & customers.
