Roles & Responsibilities :
- Liaise and build strong relationships with payment and banking partners. Leverage industry knowledge to craft thoughtful partnership and work with various stakeholders - product, engineering, compliance, legal, and operations.
- New Product Development to enhance and manage deployments of payouts and PPI
- Align leadership, stakeholders and programme team members to strategic objectives.
- Keeping yourself up to date with latest regulatory changes across different products and ensuring compliance by engaging with different cross functional units and regulatory bodies
- Providing inputs into the underlying process flows, workflows, systems for service improvement and also engaging with internal process teams for definition of payment processes for new clients and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close best pricing as per industry standards across bank partners
Required Skills :
Min 5-8 years of work experience in the payments industry and prior experience in managing / negotiating with Banking and Financial partnersFamiliar with the online payments business, payouts and PPI.Understanding of payment gateway, eCommerce ecosystem including acquiring business and merchant management, digital and API integrationsShould be able to manage the on-boarding of bank partners and work closely with multiple operations and product stakeholders (internal and external) for end to end execution.Manage and grow existing partner relationships, keeping in-line with the industry developments along with exploring new partner opportunities.Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter.Good to have :
