Role Overview We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Noida. This role is for someone who lives and breathes design someone who can translate ideas, textures, and moods into compelling visual stories that reflect dash & dot’s modern aesthetic.
You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to shape the brand’s visual identity across digital and print platforms. From campaign graphics and social media visuals to packaging and brand assets, you’ll play a key role in defining how dash & dot looks and feels to the world.
Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design visually striking content across digital and print media, including campaigns, lookbooks, website assets, and social media.
Develop and maintain brand identity through consistent use of typography, color, and layout across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm, design, and execute visual concepts for product launches and brand campaigns.
Create branding materials such as logos, packaging, tags, and promotional assets.
Work with photographers, stylists, and content creators to ensure visual consistency in all brand imagery.
Stay updated on current design, fashion, and cultural trends to keep the brand aesthetic fresh and relevant.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree.
0-1 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or a creative industry.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
Ability to think conceptually and execute visually across a range of mediums.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetic direction and brand storytelling.
