About the Role
As a Founder's Office Associate, you’ll work directly with the Founders on high-impact projects that define the company’s direction and growth. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can seamlessly switch between strategy, execution, and communication.
You’ll be the bridge between teams — driving alignment, ensuring outcomes, and translating ideas into action. Expect to work on everything from new market entries and product launches to investor decks and operational excellence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-priority projects end-to-end — from planning to execution — across functions like strategy, operations, marketing, and product.
- Collaborate directly with founders to shape business strategy, drive key decisions, and track execution against goals.
- Conduct market research & competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, new partnerships, and emerging trends.
- Analyze business data and KPIs, draw actionable insights, and communicate findings through clear presentations and reports.
- Support investor and fundraising activities, including pitch decks, due diligence, and performance tracking.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional meetings, ensuring follow-ups and alignment across teams.
- Own special projects, including process optimizations, automation, and expansion initiatives.
- Act as a communication bridge, facilitating smooth collaboration and eliminating operational bottlenecks.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field); Master’s preferred but not mandatory.1–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or strategy roles.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, with bonus points for familiarity with SQL, BI, or data tools.Excellent presentation and communication skills — able to turn complex data into crisp narratives for leadership.Strong project management ability — can multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines.Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity.A people person who can influence without authority and drive outcomes through collaboration.Why Join Us
