Procurement Systems Specialist

Job Description

As a techno-functional expert, you will bridge the gap between technology and business requirements for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in applications such as SAP, Ariba, and related systems to design, configure, and implement procurement orchestration tools.

This role supports clients in improving procurement efficiency and unlocking the full potential of their IT investments.

You will lead or support the implementation of procurement orchestration tools in large enterprise environments and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives to ensure successful rollouts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and configure procurement platforms, advising clients on changes required to meet client-specific needs.
• Design and build integrations using middleware platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to system integrations, data flow, and process automation.
• Provide hands-on support during all phases of implementation, from design and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have strong techno-functional expertise in SAP (MM, SRM, or related modules) and Ariba (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracts,CIG). Your experience with procurement processes, supplier management, and integration with ERP systems is also essential.

The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in implementing SAP and Ariba or related systems in large enterprise environments.
