About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with strong hybrid delivery skills to join our team in Hyderabad. This role bridges Agile and traditional project management approaches, providing leadership across teams that operate in Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall models. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, highly dependable in being onsite, able to work US hours, and possess excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects using both Agile and traditional methodologies, selecting the right approach based on project needs.
• Facilitate Agile events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to keep teams aligned and focused.
• Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise status updates and reports for client stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure integration and alignment between Agile team outputs and broader program or portfolio timelines.
• Coordinate across distributed teams, ensuring collaboration between India and US-based counterparts.
• Identify risks and issues early, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive accountability across teams, ensuring commitments are met and quality standards maintained.
• Partner with client stakeholders to clarify scope, manage expectations, and address change requests.
• Promote the use of industry best practices in both Agile and traditional delivery approaches.
