Senior Salesforce Developer / Consultant - Apex / Visual Force

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Developers to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultants or Delivery Managers.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows.

You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet business requirements and drive value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Build and maintain Flows, Apex Classes, LWC Components, and other declarative / programmable solutions.
• Develop and customize functionality for technician flows, quote flows, APIs, and communication triggers.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, documentation, and deployment within the Salesforce platform.
• Lead or support solution architecture reviews and participate in sprint planning and code reviews.
• Work with integration teams to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems and Skills & Qualifications :
• 2 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL / SOSL.
• Strong experience in building Flows (record-triggered, screen flows, etc.) and custom logic.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with REST / SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and external data handling.
• Experience with CI / CD, version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX is a plus.
• Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, App Attributes :
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and manage project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus.
