Software / Application Engineer – Startup Incubation & Venture Program Opportunity.

Role Description

This unique role is for Software / Application Engineers who :

  • Already have a startup idea or early-stage product they are working on.
  • Want to collaborate with a USA-based technology company to accelerate development.
  • Need access to resources, networks, or initial funding to bring their idea to market.

Depending on your idea, stage, and fit with REETECH’s innovation roadmap, we will explore :

  • Seed or early-stage funding support.
  • Co-founding partnerships under REETECH’s umbrella.
  • Equity-sharing models where your contribution is valued beyond salary.
  • Access to our client network in the public and private sector for pilots and early adoption.

    • Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer / Application Developer .
  • Startup, side-project, or early-stage product experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to operate in lean, fast-paced, and uncertain environments.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and business curiosity.
  • Bonus : Experience in fundraising, pitching, or startup acceleration programs .
