Our SaaS platform empowers hotels, restaurants, and bars to manage operations, inventory, reservations, and customer engagement efficiently. We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of our next-generation Hospitality SaaS application.

Role Overview :

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of our cloud-based hospitality platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to build a scalable, secure, and high-performance application that meets the unique needs of hotels and restaurants. You will also mentor and guide junior developers, establish best practices, and ensure code quality and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end development of our Hospitality SaaS application, including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality and integrations (POS systems, online ordering platforms, payment gateways, etc.).
• Implement data storage solutions, including relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Mentor, guide, and support junior and mid-level developers in adopting best practices and modern development methodologies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the platform.
