🌟 We’re Hiring : Human Resources Business Partner (NBFC – Sales Function)

📍 Location : Mumbai

💼 Experience : 7–10 Years

🏢 Industry : NBFC / BFSI

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner who will act as a strategic HR advisor to our Sales function , driving manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, and employee engagement for our Front Line Sales (FOS) teams across India.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to the Sales function, supporting manpower planning, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management for Front Line Sales (FOS) roles across Pan India.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for FOS and other sales positions, ensuring timely and quality hiring in line with business requirements.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy through a mix of job portals, referrals, local hiring channels, and vendor networks.
  • Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower forecasts, role expectations, and regional hiring priorities.
  • Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments tailored to sales competencies and performance indicators.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters , ensuring adherence to hiring SLAs, quality standards, and process compliance.
  • Maintain and publish recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics to provide insights on hiring trends and performance.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline for recurring and niche sales roles to support business expansion.
  • Partner with business on employee engagement, retention initiatives, and performance discussions for sales employees.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit norms, and regulatory guidelines across recruitment and employee processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and turnaround time.

Who You Are :

✅ 7–10 years of HR experience (preferably in NBFC / BFSI sector)

✅ Strong exposure to sales hiring and business partnering

✅ Excellent stakeholder management & analytical skills
