Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end stores operations including receipt storage preservation and issuance of materials in line with production schedules.
• Ensure effective inventory management through SAP maintaining optimal stock levels and accurate records.
• Manage procurement interfaces incoming material inspection and ensure smooth material flow across production lines.
• Oversee handling and storage of electronic commodities ensuring adherence to MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Levels) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
• Implement robust systems and best practices for traceability shelf-life management and FIFO / FEFO controls.
• Liaise with planning procurement quality and production teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvements in stores processes to enhance productivity reduce material handling losses and ensure cost efficiency.
• Monitor and report key inventory KPIs including stock accuracy obsolescence and turnover ratios.
• Deep knowledge on Automation ( ASRS)
• Deep knowedge about CAPEX & OPEX.
• Lead train and develop the stores team to build a high-performing function aligned with organizational goals.
• Deep knowledge about Layout and industrial warehouse standards.
• Deep system knowledge.
