Specialist IS Engineer – Network Operations

What You Will Do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. This onsite role is part of the global network operations team, supporting 24 / 5 coverage to ensure operational continuity and infrastructure resilience. The engineer will focus on maintaining and enhancing the availability, performance, and security of the global network infrastructure through hands-on engineering, structured fix, and continuous improvement.

Success in this role requires a proven track record in Network Infrastructure Operations, with deep expertise across core networking technologies (LAN / WAN, Data Center, Load Balancers). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong execution skills, thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment, and collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence are essential. Please note, this is an on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain network infrastructure systems
• Configure and administer Cisco routing and switching equipment
• Manage F5 load balancers to ensure application availability and performance
• Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement appropriate solutions
• Perform regular network maintenance and planned upgrades
• Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning
• Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures
• Implement network security measures and standard processes
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams on infrastructure projects
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
