Project Manager

Job description5–7 years of project management experience in the E-commerce or D2C industry. Strong understanding of Shopify or custom E-commerce platforms. Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. Certification (PMP / Scrum Master) preferred but not mandatory.
Job Title : Project Manager – E-Commerce Projects
Location : Mumbai (Onsite)

Employment Type : Full-time
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end execution of E-commerce projects across website, app, and omnichannel initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate between internal teams (Tech, Design, Marketing, Operations) and external partners.
- Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and drive proactive communication.
- Conduct weekly sprint reviews, retrospectives, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Work closely with Founders / Leadership on tech-driven growth and platform optimization.
- Maintain documentation, process maps, and project dashboards.
