About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP REFX Consultant with strong expertise in Real Estate Management (Flexible Real Estate - REFX) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation, configuration, and support experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP REFX solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage SAP REFX implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Configure SAP REFX modules, including contract management, property management, lease management, and related financial integration.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Provide expertise in integrating REFX with FI / CO and other SAP modules.
  • Support data migration, system testing, and user training activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional / technical issues in REFX.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e., IFRS 16, ASC 842) for lease management and reporting.
  • Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP with strong specialization in REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management).
  • Hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementation and support projects.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate processes : leasing, sub-leasing, rental agreements, and contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of integration with FI / CO and impact on accounting entries.
  • Experience in handling IFRS 16 / Lease Accounting compliance in SAP.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client expectations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Exposure to S / 4HANA REFX implementations.
  • Knowledge of SAP REFX integration with SAP PS, PM, or MM.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to REFX
