Job Title : Integration Specialist – Java Cloud Engineer

Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based APIs and microservices for integration across enterprise applications.

Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker (Kubernetes knowledge is a plus).

Build and deploy solutions in cloud environments — preferably GCP , though AWS or Azure experience is acceptable.

Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based web services .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI / CD implementation to ensure code quality and reliability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for complex cloud-based applications.

Required Skills

Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot for API and microservices development.

Hands-on experience with Docker , Microservices , and containerization in cloud environments.

Proficiency with Kafka , ActiveMQ , OpenSearch , and Apache Camel .

Solid understanding of PostgreSQL , PowerShell , and Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.

Experience with REST and SOAP web services design and implementation.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines , version control (Git), and Agile development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in GCP (preferred), AWS , or Azure cloud platforms.

Strong understanding of application design, automated testing, and deployment best practices.

6-8 years of software development and integration experience in enterprise environments.
