Job Title : SAP CRM Senior Consultant

Experience : 6-12 Years

Job Location : Hyderabad / Mumbai / Delhi / Chennai

Job Descriptions

• Work Experience (Domain / SAP) : 6+years of relevant experience in SAP CRM sales and service along with SAP SD with industries like Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, Rental
• Candidate should have worked in minimum two E2E implementations projects
• Must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management / Clients
• SAP Configuration skills in CRM Module along with ECC integration, SD Order to Cash
• Strong consulting skills and business knowledge to assist clients in the SAP CRM Sales and Service area
• Configuration of One Order object, IBase, Web UI, Business Role, service order, service contract, complaint management and resource planning.
• Knowledge in User exits, BAPI, BADi and WRICEF objects.
• Key Skills : CRM Sales, Service Management, Web UI, Middleware, Order to Cash
• Eligibility Criteria : Graduate of either B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering, Computer Applications, MBA
