High proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM Technical & Functional areas in Sales, Customer Service modules
Lead technical & business discussions with clients to gather and understand client functional requirements and design solutions to achieve them through supported configurations and customizations
Sound in Architecture / Design concepts, patterns and best practices in Microsoft Technologies
Architect / design CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports
Experience with Microsoft managed services of multiple complex CRM solutions including systems integration and using the Microsoft technology stack
Sound in MS Dynamics Solution deployment aspects
Sound knowledge & hands on experience on Power Platform : Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Data Verse
Sound knowledge and hands on experience in CI / CD pipelines using Azure Devops etc
Good understanding of data migrations tools and approaches
Technical understanding and knowledge in Power BI, Kingsway Soft, Scribe and other reporting and integration tools will be an added advantage
Expertise on the Programming languages – C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript
Knowledge of Travel Tourism and Hospitality domain would be additional advantage
Experience with European clients
