We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and hiring processes. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to building high-performing teams across tech and business functions.

Responsibilities and Requirements :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (technical and non-technical).
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets aligned with business goals.
