Responsibilities

Role description

  • Administer and maintain the BlueConic Customer Data Platform (CDP) across environments.
  • Configure listeners, profile properties, segments, and dialogues to support personalization and marketing automation.
  • Manage user roles, access controls, and platform security settings.
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate with BlueConic support.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to ensure accurate data collection and activation.
  • Integrate BlueConic with external systems (CRM, CMS, ESPs, analytics platforms) via APIs and built-in connectors.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal governance policies.
