Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role located in Hyderabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for identifying and marketing qualified candidates to clients, working with US job boards, and engaging in strategic bench sales activities. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates, negotiating pay rates, coordinating interviews, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a talent pool to ensure readiness for quick placements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bench sales activities, including sourcing candidates, marketing, and placements
• Experience in working with US job boards, such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder
• Strong understanding of IT and non-IT recruitment processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to maintain and expand an active talent pool
• Familiarity with visa types and compliance (H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
