Job Role Business Development Associate

 The incumbent would be responsible for BA / DBA Management & Development for TCI Express Ltd Main Accountabilities

:  Induction of new BA / DBA to meet business / operational requirements.  Planning for network and route to achieve desired service level.  Developing and implementing SOP's for route & monitoring its implementation.  Developing and implementing the operational strategy to drive revenue by reducing operational cost.  Monitoring expenses incurred upon BA / DBA vehicle, monitoring BA / DBA vehicle rate v / s market rates of vehicles.  Review of operational performance of BA / DBA vehicles, & suggest if any changes required.  Visiting Customers / Branches to analyzing data, preparing reports and awareness among employees for thrust areas.  Taking corrective & preventive action for improving operational efficiency, monitoring customer complaint and transit time.  Planning development of team, training to them so address operational problem.

Qualification :  Education - Graduate / Post Graduate

 Experience - Total 2 - 4 years .

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies :

 The Candidate should be from express logistics Industry.  Experience in fleet and vendor management.

 Knowledge of MV Act, Contract Act, Intra & Interstate Excisable goods Transport Act etc.

 Should be IT Savvy (Excel, power-point, word, web browsing, mails, etc
