Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The Junior Engineer will assist in conducting precision measurements, inspections, and reverse engineering tasks using advanced metrology tools. Day-to-day responsibilities will include operating and maintaining 3D laser scanners, portable and bridge-type CMM equipment, and video measurement systems, as well as analyzing collected data and preparing detailed technical reports. The role also involves supporting quality assurance initiatives and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using tools like 3D Laser Scanners, Portable CMM systems, and Bridge-Type CMM equipment
• Basic knowledge of reverse engineering and 3D model creation
• Skills in data analysis, report preparation, and documentation related to metrology and inspections
• Understanding of engineering quality standards and practices
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields
• Experience in precision engineering or metrology is a plus
