Description : Role Overview :

This IAM Identity Management Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level identity governance solutions. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient access to IT resources across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and configure IGA modules including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Request, Role Management, and Access Certification.
• Develop and maintain connectors for target systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow.
• Customize workflows, rules, and policies using Beanshell scripting and JSON.
• Implement access certification campaigns and ensure alignment with SOX, PCI, and GDPR requirements.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
