About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the ongoing optimization and support of our Oracle HCM Cloud platform. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to manage data conversions, build and maintain integrations, and develop robust reporting solutions that drive critical business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute end-to-end data conversion and migration strategies for Oracle HCM Cloud using tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader.

Build, configure, and maintain integrations and interfaces between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems, with a strong focus on HCM Extract and web services.

Develop, customize, and support advanced reports and analytics utilizing OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher .

Collaborate with functional HR and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure system alignment with business processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data, integrations, and reporting in a timely manner.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for conversions, integrations, and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills (Must-Haves) :

3+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) .

Proven track record in performing data conversions and migrations using HDL .

Demonstrable experience in building and managing interfaces and integrations , specifically with HCM Extract and OCI .

Expertise in developing custom reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) :

Experience with Fast Formulas and Personalization.

Knowledge of Oracle PaaS (Platform as a Service) services.

Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
