Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Landscape Architect for the Gujarat region. The candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including Designing, Stakeholder Consultation, Project Deliverables, Quality Assurance and Control, Coordination with other disciplines / consultants, and project management. The candidate will interact with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Master's / bachelor's degree in architecture, Landscape Design, Urban Design or related field with minimum 3 years of industry experience.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Landscape architectural / urban design and project management
• Experience in making presentations before the client, preparing Tender documents, drawings, and construction drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
• Experience leading a team of designers and managing multiple projects at once
• Experience with sustainability and Green certification (LEED, IGBC or GRIHA) is a plus
• Proficiency with software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
• Willing to travel to project locations for meetings.
