Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Donor Relations Manager. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with donors, overseeing donor management programs, planning and implementing philanthropic initiatives, and coordinating related projects.

The Donor Relations Manager will also ensure the timely delivery of reports, engage donors through communication campaigns, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Donor Relations and Donor Management.
• Experience in fundraising in CSR and Philanthropy initiatives.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and the non-profit sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred.
