Position Overview :

The Practice Head for the Analog design vertical will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Analog Design and AMS practice for Design & Layout within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in analog domain, a strong leadership capability, and a proven track record in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will drive the development of AMS strategies, ensure the delivery of high-quality AMS services, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership and Strategy :

Develop and execute a strategic vision for the vertical, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Lead and inspire a team of AMS engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Project Management :

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Client Engagement :

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding analog services,

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business.

Technical Expertise :

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices.

Resource Management :

Manage the recruitment, development, and retention of top analog talent.

Ensure the team is adequately resourced and equipped to meet current and future project demands.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on analog.

Proven track record of leading and managing analog teams and projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with client engagement and business development is a plus.
