Role Summary :
We are looking for a Junior Automotive Engineer to support automotive research and diagnostics development, focusing on OBD-II systems, CAN data analysis, and improving car scanner functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Test OBD-II scanner functions (DTCs, live data PIDs, resets, special functions).
- Check function support across different car brands and models.
- Log CAN / OBD data and prepare structured reports.
- Identify incorrect sensor values, scaling issues, and unsupported PIDs.
- Work with the product and tech teams to improve automotive diagnostics logic.
- Document findings and contribute to building accurate vehicle-specific data.
Requirements :
Basic understanding of vehicle systems, ECUs, sensors, and diagnostics.Familiarity with OBD-II scanners and CAN communication (beginner level).Strong observation, analytical thinking, and reporting skills.Passion for cars, learning diagnostics, and automotive electronics.
