Hiring : Learning & Development Manager – Leading Retail Brand | Mumbai & Gurgaon

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager from the retail industry to drive capability building and talent development across our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement effective L&D strategies and training programs.

Identify skill gaps and create development plans to enhance performance.

Collaborate with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.

Monitor program effectiveness and ensure impactful learning outcomes.

Requirements :

5–14 years of experience in Learning & Development within retail.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

CTC : Up to ₹35–40 LPA

Location : Mumbai & Gurgaon
