Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Technical Head. The Technical Head will oversee technical operations, provide guidance to technical teams, and manage projects to ensure objectives are met. Responsibilities include delivering technical support, training staff, and developing innovative processes to enhance efficiency. Additionally, the role involves driving technical initiatives, analyzing data for informed decision-making, and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions

Excellent Communication abilities to convey technical ideas effectively and interact with diverse teams

Proven experience in Technical Support for resolving complex technical issues and offering robust solutions

Effective Team Management and leadership skills to guide teams and foster collaboration

Expertise in Training to mentor team members and develop technical proficiency

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Experience in technology innovation and project management is an added advantage

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering
