Role Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

HR Analyst

to join our HR team. The role involves working extensively with HR data, building dashboards, automating processes, supporting payroll, analyzing performance trends, and driving incentive calculations. The ideal candidate should also be passionate about enhancing the overall candidate and employee experience

Key Responsibilities

Collect, manage, and analyze HR data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.

Design and maintain dashboards and reports using

Power BI

and

Advanced Excel .

Support monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee records.

Automate recurring HR processes and reports to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Conduct performance analysis, track KPIs, and provide data-backed insights for HR strategies.

Manage incentive and variable pay calculations in line with organizational policies.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to enhance

candidate experience

and streamline onboarding.

Prepare periodic HR metrics reports (attrition, headcount, performance, etc.) for leadership review.

Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all HR reporting and analysis.

What We’re Looking For

5–8 years of experience in

HR Analytics / HR Operations

or related roles.

Strong expertise in

Power BI

and

Advanced Excel

(Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Exposure to

payroll processes, incentive calculations, and HR data automation .

Good understanding of

HR metrics, employee lifecycle, and performance management systems .

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in

HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field

(MBA preferred).
