Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in designing real estate brochures, flyers, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals . The ideal candidate will have an eye for aesthetics, typography, and layouts, along with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs that attract potential property buyers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design real estate brochures, flyers, catalogues, and project presentations in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create digital and print marketing materials including social media posts, banners, ads, and email campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand project requirements and develop effective visual communication.
  • Edit and enhance property images, layouts, and site maps for brochures and digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency of branding, fonts, colors, and style across all designs.
  • Coordinate with printers / vendors for high-quality output of brochures and other print collaterals.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the real estate industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (minimum 4-6 years), preferably in the real estate industry .
  • Proficiency in design software : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva (optional) .
  • Strong knowledge of brochure layout, typography, and print design standards .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.

    • Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

  • Experience with video editing / motion graphics for real estate promotions.
  • Knowledge of UI / UX design for real estate websites / landing pages.
  • Basic photography or image editing skills.
