Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a warm and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate information about the organization to callers and visitors.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in / sign-out procedures.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Coordinate with internal departments for various front-desk requirements.
- Handle basic inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and use of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional attitude and appearance.Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Customer service-oriented mindset.Preferred Skills :
Experience with front-desk software or call handling systems.Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.Bilingual or multilingual skills (if relevant to the role / region).Skills Required
