Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a warm and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information about the organization to callers and visitors.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper sign-in / sign-out procedures.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for various front-desk requirements.
  • Handle basic inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and use of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with front-desk software or call handling systems.
  • Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (if relevant to the role / region).
