Senior Market Research Project Coordinator

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Market Research Project Coordinator. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing market research projects from start to finish.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth execution of surveys and questionnaires, including reviewing question logic, link testing, and checking translations to ensure seamless survey functionality and correct routing.

You will work closely with scripting vendors to provide instructions and resolve issues during programming and testing. Additionally, you will maintain version control and documentation of questionnaire changes and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate fieldwork progress and oversee sampling quotas to ensure representativeness and fieldwork accuracy.
• Track timelines and milestones across different stages of the project lifecycle, including scripting, soft launch, fieldwork, reporting, and provide updates for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct quality checks on open-ended responses, logic flows, and respondent engagement and authenticity.
