We are now looking for a  dedicated and experienced Site Engineer  to strengthen our growing team and ensure seamless execution of our projects in Pune.

Job Summary

As a  Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Outs , you will be responsible for overseeing the interior construction process, coordinating on-site activities, and ensuring that all projects are delivered  on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day on-site activities with strict adherence to design specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with  architects, subcontractors, and project managers  to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Manage resources, logistics, and site safety while ensuring smooth workflow.
• Lead and supervise labor teams, enforce quality standards, and maintain compliance with HSE protocols.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain site documentation (site diaries, inspection reports, progress photos, etc.).
