Souli is an AI-driven mental & emotional wellness agent built on a RAG architecture grounded in our proprietary Framework . We combine LLM orchestration, multimodal understanding, contextual memory, and Human-in-the-Loop verification to deliver real-time state analysis, root-cause mapping, and personalised recovery / growth-path generation.

Souli is not a chatbot, it’s a stateful, knowledge-grounded AI companion capable of multi-turn reasoning, proactive guidance, and dynamic activity generation. Our system integrates vector retrieval, structured emotional-state models, cognitive–load–reducing AI flows , and seamless escalation to trained experts for more in-depth interventions.

Our pre-launch POC users in the US and Europe have already paid between $300–$3,500 per journey , validating global demand and willingness to pay for intelligent, non-clinical emotional support.

Recently showcased as part of Startup India’s Top 20 delegation at GITEX Global 2025 , Souli is now assembling a world-class founding tech team to build the next generation of emotionally intelligent agents.

The Role :

We’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer - someone who thrives at the intersection of deep tech and impact. This isn’t a typical job; it’s a builder’s role. You’ll work alongside the founder to :

Architect, prototype, and build AI-driven systems (LLMs, NLP, personalization engines).

Push the boundaries of applied AI to create human-like, compassionate interactions at scale.

Work hands-on with data pipelines, model fine-tuning, and integration with product features.

Shape technical direction, tooling, and best practices from scratch.

Wear multiple hats : coder, researcher, architect, and problem-solver.

Who You Are

A hardcore coder (Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, NLP / LLMs, GenAI frameworks).

Graduated from a premium institute or with equivalent demonstrable expertise.

Young, energetic, and hungry to build - you thrive in ambiguity and create structure where none exists.

Obsessed with AI / ML research but equally excited about shipping real-world products.
