Senior Business Analyst

About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal

candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, leveraging

data-driven insights to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and drive business

growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for improving business performance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of analytics frameworks and KPIs for performance tracking.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics solutions.
• Prepare business documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test cases.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and clients.
