Design Architect

Role : Design Executive

Location : Bangalore

Department : Design Projects

Experience : Minimum 2 years

Qualification : B.Arch / Diploma in Design / Equivalent

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and elevations within defined timelines.

Conduct site visits to take measurements, assess progress, and make necessary drawing revisions.

Develop 3D visualizations of the proposed premises as per design concepts.

Coordinate with vendors for design execution, materials, and on-site requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams including Projects, Procurement, and Operations to ensure smooth project delivery.

Prepare and maintain BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for ongoing and upcoming sites.

Ensure adherence to brand design guidelines and quality standards across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).

Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.

Strong sense of design detailing, spatial planning, and material selection.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience :

2+ years of experience in Retail, F&B, or a Design Consultancy firm.

Exposure to fit-out or interior design projects will be an added advantage.
